  1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Carol Atkins offers clairvoyant psychic intuitive readings, channelled recordings, energy healing sessions, and abundance coaching. These services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are provided for personal growth, guidance, and inspiration. Results from sessions are not guaranteed. The information channelled during a session is based on Carol's intuitive gifts and spiritual connections, and is offered in good faith.

  1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

By completing your booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You must be 18 years or older to book.

  1. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at Carol's discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.

  1. CHANNELLED RECORDINGS

Your recording will be delivered to your nominated email address within the agreed timeframe. Please ensure your email is entered correctly at booking. Recordings are personal to you and are not to be shared or distributed without permission.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Your personal details and session content will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

  1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions. Carol's guidance is offered to support and inspire you — the decisions you make remain your own responsibility. Carol's services are not a substitute for professional mental health care.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Carol Atkins accepts no liability for any decisions made or actions taken based on information received during a session. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Carol Atkins shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
